Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Loyal Friends Clothing Co has no control over these charges.
